What to Expect: Using a trauma-aware combination of Reiki and Seichem, I work to identify and clear the energetic blockages that lead to burnout, mental fog, and that heavy feeling of being "stuck."

The 6-Week Cusp Immersion | A Structural Reset

True realignment requires more than a temporary pause; it requires a structural audit of how you carry your world. This immersion is a focused journey designed to bridge the gap between "carrying it all" and leading from a place of grounded sovereignty.
We work through three distinct phases to move you from high-alert survival back into your own "Command Center."
Phase 1: The Structural Audit (Weeks 1-2) We begin by identifying where your energy is leaking and checking the integrity of your current system. We introduce specific techniques to "partition" mental noise, giving your nervous system the immediate room it needs to breathe and clear the initial fray.
Phase 2: The Core Realignment (Weeks 3-4) Moving from "being" the emotion to observing the pattern. We do the quiet, foundational work of resetting old survival strategies at their origin—clearing the "stealth" blockages that keep you stuck in a cycle of burnout.
Phase 3: The Sovereignty Reset (Weeks 5-6) Plugging the leaks and reclaiming your energy. In the final weeks, we integrate your new energetic baseline, allowing you to step back into your life as the conscious architect of your future rather than a passenger to the noise.
